[DET. JAKE BARBA] 40s. Reads Caucasian, of Latin heritage. Detective with the New Jersey Police Department based in Union City, New Jersey. Explains to LOGAN and FALACCI how a potentially dangerous suspect escaped his custody. (1 scene)
